In these unprecedented times South Norfolk School Sport Partnership want to be able to support schools, teachers, parents and carers in understanding the importance of continuing with Physical Education (PE) whilst children and young people are inevitably going to be schooled in the home environment. Take a look at the South Norfolk SSP website https://www.southnorfolkssp.co.uk/content/keeping-active-at-home/21622/keeping-active-at-home These pages are here to support you in providing active learning at home and ensure children meet the Chief Medical Officers Physical Activity Guidelines of 60 active minutes per day. You will also find links to several useful resources.

Personal Challenge Cards: I have created 5 weekly personal challenge cards for children from your schools which are available to download from the website. These do not need to come back to me but it would be lovely to see some of the activities in action and maybe shared on the South Norfolk SSP twitter page @SouthNorfolkSSP
