Mental Health and Well Being

At our school we are committed to helping all our pupils and staff in their well being and aim for good mental health. We promote discussions about mental health and strategies that may help individuals with this. Below you can find a variety of contacts and links that you can access if you would like to find out any more information about this area.

We all have mental health, just like we all have physical health and we need to learn how to look after this too.
